Mark your calendars, cheeseburger lovers — September 18th is National Cheeseburger Day, and we’re celebrating!

At Serious Pie Ballard, our resident cheeseburger obsessed Chef ET is firing up the patio flattop for a cheeseburger creation he loves to both eat and make. Mishima Reserve Smash Burger, Brown Butter Onions, American Cheese, Red Eye Ketchup, Rachel’s Special Bun and Fries. We hope you join us in sharing our deep love of cheeseburgers at this special pop up at 11:30am to 6pm, preorder to lock it in… or just roll up and follow the smell of sizzling beef.

Over at Palace Kitchen, home of the legendary PK Royale, we’re going full comfort-food-hero with a Poutine Cheeseburger — Mishima Reserve Beef piled high with Beecher’s Cheese Curds, Russet Fries, and a Peppercorn Gravy. Come for Happy Hour and grab slider-sized versions or go all in with the full beast for dinner or your Late Nite fix. And yes — the PK Royale is still here to steal the show.
