You don’t turn 30 every day, but sometimes you do for a whole month! We will be celebrating the Palace Kitchen’s 30th anniversary during the month of March with a special 5 course tasting menu for only $30 big bucks.
Lost Peacock goat cheese grill toast, holmquist orchard hazelnuts, prosser farm quince paste
Fire wilted escarole, rosemary butter beans, garlic chips
Renewal manila clam broth, tom’s 2-year aged miso, shiitake mushrooms
Applewood grilled lamb chop, turnip and fennel gratin, leeks, amaro gastrique
